The replacements were very hard to find, but Mr. Judd worked with me and eventually found replacements. This did take some time and I would call frequently to see if there was any progress. Mr. Judd would always take the time to update me and always tell me that I’m not being a bother and to call as often as needed for a status update. The chimney caps have been replaced. They were replaced by Anthony, who also did our chimney sweep. I can’t say enough positive things about Anthony, professional, positive, friendly, pleasant, and trust worthy come to mind though. This is our first wood burning fireplace, so I needed a company I could trust to clean the chimney, do an inspection, and repair the cracked refractory panel. All steps were done thoroughly and competently, and I highly recommend Judd & Son for your chimney/fireplace needs! AND they also gave me a bundle discount because they also cleaned our dryer vent!!! The owner has decades of experience (I think he said 30 or 40 years!). He did the repair, but his worker Tony did an amazing job on the chimney & dryer. Will definitely use them again!
